Whispered remarks escape like leaves scattered in the breeze.
Deflated self-esteems redeem themselves, bursting with growth.
Awkward glances, snide jabs and accidental trips show our flaws but neither-the-less youth.
Silly gawkings over the teensiest specks stretch the time we spend together.
Living it up is all we can say for when this year ends we will part ways.
All we’ll have left is these coffee stains on our shirts, scuff marks beneath our shoes and hilarious photos to reminisce.
Nobody can take that away though time has already consumed it.
Leave today, but come tomorrow, I’ll remember you all.
This little moment, this strip of life. A picture. This day with you.
